Nachdem lange unklar war, wer wo die nächste Sustainable Food Planning Konferenz der AESOP (Assocation of European Schools of Planning) veranstaltet, ist jetzt die Einladung veröffentlicht worden. Nach Almere, Brighton und Cardiff wird die vierte Konferenz am 1.-3. November 2012 in Berlin stattfinden. Die Freiraumplaner an der TU Berlin haben die Organisation übernommen. Man darf hoffen, dass die Konferenz der deutschen Diskussion um Stadternährungsplanung einen ordentlichen Schub verpasst! Titel der Konferenz ist „Evolving places, processes, products”
Working at a range of scales and with a variety of practical and theoretical models, the conference will review and elaborate approaches to and definitions of sustainable food systems, and continue to define ways of achieving, implementing and institutionalising them. This conference is focussing on 3 different tracks to contribute to the discussion on ’sustainable food planning‘: (1) Places, (2) Processes, and (3) Products
